Xiaomi Mi3 prototype leaked with 3GB of RAM and 5.5-inch display

We've seen rumour that the picture above is the  Xiaomi third-generation smartphone prototype, called Xiaomi Mi3.

According to gizchina, the Xiamoi Mi3 prototype expected will be feature a 5.5-inch 1080p display, the previous phone

is 4.3-inch with 720p display.

They also expecting that Xiamoi Mi3 will be feature 3GB of RAM, decent RAM for smartphone nowadays, a 13 Megapixel camera on the back, 5 Megapixel camera on the front, NFC support, HiFi stereo and a 3.600mAh battery.

The Xiaomi Mi3 expected will be announced on August 16, still no official confirmation, we shall wait for future update.
