Korean Newspaper, The Korea Economic Daily stated that Galaxy Note III will be featured a 3GB of RAM, it means, it is gonna be the first Smartphone using 3GB of RAM.
It also rumoured that Galaxy Note III will be featured a 5.7-inch or 5.99-inch sAMOLED Full HD Display, a Snapdragon 800 or Exynos Octa-core processors,
13 Megapixel camera, S Pen functions, TouchWiz UI and will running on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean.
Samsung Galaxy Note III expected will be announced at IFA Copenhagen 2013: 26-30 August 2013 in Berlin
