Google not yet officially announce Android 4.3 Jelly Bean, but the photo below taken from LG's website says the LG Optimus L7 II Dual will running on Android 4.3 Jellybean.
Looks like that Google will officially announce the Android 4.3 shortly, As yet we don't know what new features will be announce in Android 4.3 Jellybean. When the latest version Android released, we will let you guys know.
