HTC just posted HTC One Mini UAP(User Agent Profile) on their website, the site refers about their screen displays which is 1280x720, manufacturer details, capabilities this device, and Android 4.2 UAProfiles.
The HTC One mini rumored will be feature a 4.3-inch 720p screen display, a 1.4GHz dual-core CPU, expected will be using Snapdragon 400, 2GB RAM with 16gb Internal Storage (probably support microSD card), and will be running on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean.
No details when the device will be launched, but it expected to be release on Last Quarter of 2013.
