Just now @evleaks rumoured that the new Galaxy Note III will feature a 5.7-inch display. If it's true, it will be bigger 0.2-inch like Galaxy S4 but with smaller bezel, we expect that the Galaxy Note III will look the same like the previous Galaxy Note II with smaller bezel.

The Samsung Galaxy Note III is rumoured to feature a 5.7-inch FHD AMOLED display, powered with Snapdragon 800 processor, 13 Megapixel camera and of course Stylus Pen functions. We also expected that the new Galaxy Note III will running on the new Android 4.3.
