The upcoming release from Samsung, Galaxy S4 Active should be revealed at London event on June 20, is now confirmed for AT&T from leaked press render. This Galaxy S4 Active really different from past looks from Samsung itself, as this one grey colored, with no other variant color.

HTC One Google Edition hits Play Store in the US on June 26th

HTC One with the Nexus user experience will hit the Play Store on June 26th for $599 has been confrimed by Sundar Pichai. HTC’s “Google Edition” device will be available on the same day as the Samsung Galaxy S4 “Google Edition”, which the price is $649.

According to HTC’s site, the HTC One with Nexus user experience will be exactly like the SIM unlocked and Developer Edition. That device featured the same hardware as AT&T’s version, but with slightly altered software. That means the HTC One with Nexus experience will operate on all of AT&T’s networks, but it will be limited T-Mobile LTE and HSPA+ on the 1900 MHz band.

White Nexus 4 Available on Google Play and T-Mobile

After announced by LG  yesterday. We didn't believe to see a US release for several weeks still, but that’s not the problem.

Today, the white Nexus 4 is available from Google Play with  8 and 16GB of storage and you will get a free white bumper for $299 and $349. The black Nexus 4 also comes with a bumper now, originally with additional $19.

Samsung introduced their smaller device, Galaxy S4 Mini

After Samsung releasing Galaxy S4, and winning the competition in the high-end smartphone, now Samsung introduced their Galaxy S4 mini, a mid-range smartphone who prefer smaller device and lower price. The Specs also as good as Galaxy S4.

HTC once again trying to take on Samsung with their three lineup in the future. The devices called "phablet". The detail information spotted at theunlockr.

Eventhough they are not announced at Google I/O 2013, one member from XDA Developers forum discovered by "challeen", he took the picture and video Android 4.3 at Thailand Mobile Expo 2013, showing a display model Nexus 4 running on Android 4.3.

Google no longer able to pay Developers based in Argentine

Android developers in based in Argentine receive notification from google, that i will no longer be able to accept payment s for them from June 27. This is the letter from Google to developers in Argentine, from phone site Cellularis.

"We are writing to you today to inform you that Google Play will no longer be able to accept payments on behalf of developers registered in Argentina starting June 27, 2013. Developers based in Argentina may continue to offer free applications in the Google Play store. All applications requiring the billing permission as well as in-app products will be unpublished from the Google Play store on June 27, 2013. A payout for your earnings through this time will be made on July 22, 2013. If your accumulated earnings at that time do not meet the payout threshold, you may close your linked AdSense account to receive a final payment.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 will be powered by Intel

The next Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 could be powered by Intel according to leaked benchmark.

According to the SamMobile, the Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 processor using Dual-Core Intel Atom Z2560 1.6GHz, a PowerVR SGX 544 MP2 graphics processor 400MHz, a 10.1-inch WXGA (1280×800) display and running on Android Jelly Bean 4.2.2.

It will be interesting to see if Samsung change their processor maker, is it gonna boost up the power and lower the price ? 

HTC J One, to be released in Japan with microSDXC card slot

HTC One is the best phone so far. But, few people thinks the Galaxy S4 better because of Removable battery and Micro SD storage. The new HTC J One (KDDI call that the HTC One for Japan), but HTC has managed to add extra feature  microSDXC card slot, which gives more upto 32GB Storage. Because they forced to add this feature, the  HTC J One must  chop up the aluminum frame of the HTC J One to fit.

The thickness and weight of this device increased 10% because of this new feature, (from 69 x 138 x 10.5mm at 157g compared to 68.2 x 137.4x 9.3mm size at 143g).

Benchmark HTC Desire 600 Dual Sim revealed

Looks like HTC isn't focusing on High end user, now they also focusing on Mid End user, with this leaked benchmark, they're gonna release new device, HTC Desire 600.

According to benchmark, it's gonna be Dual SIM Card. The device is similar to the older device, HTC Desire 200

The benchmark also revealed that the new device HTC Desire 600 Dual SIM have 1.2GHz Processor, a display 960 x 540 resolution, runs on Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean.

The display should be around 4-inch large.

Unity 3D Engine for Android and iOS now permanently Free !

This is good news for Android developer that using Unity 3D engine. Usually it costs  $400-a-piece mobile add-on packs for Android iOS, now it's free. This is good news for game developers, as it allows them to use little bit money to create the games.

But, there are limitations, this will require the Pro version of Unity ($1500) to circumvent, but this is quite decent for you to have good idea port some games.

If you already installed unity, you just need to update Unity throught Playstore to use this.

Good old game, Sonic the Hedgehog come to Android !

Sonic the Hedgehog arrived on Android this week, this in  an official port by SEGA and developer Christian Whitehead, Sonic 1 for Android has been ported same as SEGA but with enchanced  graphics designed to 16:9 displays and the ability to save games. White Nexus 4 running on Android 4.3 coming on 10th June

Google I/O 2013 did not reveal the much-rumored white version of the LG Nexus 4. 

But, people at AndroidAndMe were able to see one of the yet-announced model and learned a few things in the process. Reportedly, the white Nexus 4 will arrive on June 10 and  it also run Android 4.3 Jelly Bean. The hardware look still identical in every aspect.

Google was not ready yet to announce the 4.3 release because  they still monitoring how new Google Play Services worked out. As some of you know, this added layer of Android lets Google update phones running v2.2 and above without having to push out a new install of Android.

The next version of Android should include the new API  as well as support for Bluetooth Smart (smarter and power saver), Bluetooth Smart Ready, and other minor touches.

The price still unknown.

Archos Announced Xenon 80, Mid-range Tablet

Archos just announced another tablet to the market, the Archos 80 Xenon. This  8’’: 1024 x 768 pixels, IPS, comes with 3G and Wifi and Quad Core Snapdragon S4 1.2Ghz Processor. This tablet running on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. This is really good tablet for mid-range tablet with Jelly Bean and Google Play access.

So, we're looking at a solid mid-range tablet, with Jelly Bean and full Google Play access as is now the norm for Archos tablets. 

Other specs include :

1. 1GB of RAM.
2. 4GB of on-board storage expandable by microSD card.
3. The rear camera is  2MP, with a front facing webcam.

Google announced their new instant messaging service called "Google+ Hangouts" in Google I/O 2013 and now officially available on Google Play. 

Google+ Hangouts will replace Google Talk, and it's already confirmed by Google.

Blackberry Messenger will be Available to Android and iOS this SUMMER

You guys must be know about exclusive BlackBerry feature, the BlackBerry Messenger, BBM, that's what we called it. Due to the popularity of Android, iOS and Windows Mobile, BBM are going to fall.

BlackBerry isn’t going to sit back and leave the top messaging app to WhatsApp, Google Talk, iMessage or something like LINE and KakaoTalk. BBLive announced that this summer, This App will running in Android 4.0 and up will have access to BBM, complete with multi-user chats, voice notes, etc.

Many people claimed that BlackBerry’s move to release BBM on Android and iOS desperate, but CEO of Blackberry Thorsten Heins claims it’s a, statement of confidence. 

It will be interesting to see how the release of BBM for rival platforms affects the sale of BlackBerry 10 handsets.

CyanogenMod reaching 5 Million times install!

For root user, i doubt you guys must be know about CyanogenMod. This ROMs has been around released as long as Android itself and today, the CM team passed a huge milestone, ya already 5 years. If you take a look at the CyanogenMod Statistics page, you will see the number of the user install this ROM already 5 Million Mark.

The community behind CyanogenMod is huge and developers continue to jump in to help supporting new and older devices. CyanogenMod has evolved a lot since it began and Android has evolved a lot since CM was created, so hopefully the two will keep going for the foreseeable future.

Project SHIELD open for Pre Order at $350 !

Finally, NVIDIA's Project SHIELD  is ready for pre-order for users who previously signed up to receive SHIELD updates via email. We have to wait until May 20th to secure their own.  The actual units should be shipping around June, and the launch will be limited to North America.

Samsung developing 5G connection for 2020

Samsung reports they successfully tested 5G network. Using 64 different antenna, user were able to pull up to 1Gbps. Samsung is ready to bring it to consumers, but their time frame doesn’t seem very rushed. They aiming this 5G will be available for consumers at 2020.

Under the new platform, users can download and upload data at speeds of up to tens of gigabits per second (Gbps), compared to 75 megabits per second (Mbps) posted by the fourth-generation long-term evolution (LTE) service.

Samsung Electronics said it has successfully tested the platform using the 28 Gigahertz (GHz) waveband to transmit data at a speed of 1 Gbps.

Sony Announce Sony Xperia ZR

The Xperia ZR just announced by Sony 13th May, the follows Z's design, replacing slim design and premium materials for more waterproof chassis (IP55 and IP58 compliant,). The major feature from this phone is the 13MP rear camera, which is designed for underwater photos and videos with an external camera button. (The sensor is the same as Xperia Z.) The 4.6 inch screen has the "Reality Display" marketing tag, but it's only a 720p panel.  

The other specifications include a 1.5Ghz quad-core Snapdragon Pro processor, 2GB of RAM, and NFC. Xperia ZR running on Android 4.1, Storage is 8GB in the phone, with MicroSD expanding it up to 32GB. The international GSM model will include LTE bands.  

According to the press release, the Xperia ZR will be available in the second quarter. Sony will also launch the SBH50 Bluetooth headset and FM radio, which will pair with the ZR automatically, along with a charging dock and a smartwatch (MN2) which was not shown in the press release. 

The price of this phone not yet announced.

Leaked the New Nexus 7 Spec

We’ve been hearing some rumors that a new Nexus 7 will be announced at Google I/O this year. Until now, details surrounding the device had been surprisingly epic, considering that Google I/O is almost upon us. Word is now in from KGI securities analyst Mingchi Kuo that Google and ASUS will announce the new Nexus 7 next week.

According to Mingchi Kuo, Google I/O will unveiling  the next Nexus 7, it set to be released in June / July for $199. We’ve heard rumors that the next Nexus 7 will come from ASUS and have a decent feature.

Kuo has detailed the new Nexus 7 coming with a 7-inch LTPS 1920 x 1200 display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro, Qi wireless charging, a 5-megapixel rear camera, an HD front-facing camera, NFC, a 4,000mAh battery and Android 4.3.

Leaked Benchmark Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 8.0

It looks like all the rumors are coming together, as benchmarks have been released for an upcoming 8-inch Samsung tablet from the Dutch website TechTastic. Sources at the site say they have discovered the 8-inch tablet in the GLBenchmark database, carrying model number SM-T311 (which we assume is the Galaxy Tab 3 8.0.)

The rumors told us that the upcoming device featured an 3 megapixel camera on from the back with  a 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera, the weight just slightly more than the 7.9in i-Pad Mini. Thanks to the leaked details, it can also be said that the Galaxy Tab 3 8.0 is equipped with an 8-inch WXVGA (1280 x 800) display. The tablet processor is dual-core 1.5Ghz Exynos 4412 processor, 2GB RAM, a 4500mAh battery, and an ARM Mali-400 GPU. On top of all that, it also runs on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean and includes Samsungs unique TouchWiz interface.

No information about release date and price for this device, samsung gonna announce it later.

AT&T HTC One Stealth Black now available.

The HTC One has been released for T-Mobile, Sprint and AT&T for a few weeks, but the black variant has been a bit hard to find. Fortunately, that's all changed last night when the Stealth Black HTC One made its debut on AT&T’s online store. The price for the Stealth Black HTC One from AT&T is set at $199.99 for the 32GB model or $299.99 with On Contract payment.

Now the Stealth Black HTC One is available for AT&T and Sprint, we are hoping that HTC will make the black model available to those who want to buy the unlocked SIM HTC One directly from HTC.
